Account & Registration

Visit the Register surya898 and fill in the registration form with your full name (as per your MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, date of birth, and state of residence. Then create a username and a strong password. Verify your phone number via the OTP sent automatically by SMS. The entire process takes less than 2 minutes and is completely free.

Players must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration. surya898 enforces strict age verification through date of birth information at registration and MyKad document verification during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process for first withdrawals. Accounts found to have been registered using false information will be closed immediately.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account surya898 only. Holding multiple accounts violates surya898's Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being frozen and any balances within them being forfeited. If you have forgotten your existing account login details, please contact customer support for account recovery assistance.

Log in to your surya898 account, go to Account Settings, and select "Update Phone Number". The system will require OTP verification from both your old and new numbers. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact surya898 customer support with a photo of your MyKad for manual identity verification. This process takes 1–3 working days.

To permanently close your surya898 account, contact customer support via live chat and request an account closure. Make sure you have withdrawn all cash balances (excluding bonuses) before submitting the request. Alternatively, if the closure is related to a gambling concern, you can activate the Self-Exclusion feature under the Responsible Gaming in your account settings.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit clear photos of your MyKad (front and back) along with a selfie holding your MyKad. The process is typically completed within 24 business hours. KYC is an important security measure to ensure that only the verified account owner can withdraw funds.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the Log In. Enter the Malaysian phone number registered to your account. A 6-digit SMS OTP will be sent to that number. Enter the OTP, then create a new strong password. If you also cannot access your registered phone number, contact surya898 customer support for further assistance.

No. An active Malaysian phone number is mandatory for surya898 account registration. It is used for OTP verification during sign-up, login, withdrawals, and security communications. International numbers are not accepted — only Malaysian numbers with the +60 country code are supported.

Deposits & Withdrawals

surya898 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, Bank Islam, AmOnline, and many more Malaysian banks). All these methods support instant deposits with no processing fees charged by surya898.

The minimum deposit at surya898 is RM 30 only. This makes surya898 accessible to all Malaysian players regardless of experience level — whether you are a new player looking to try the platform or a seasoned player betting at higher limits. There is no default daily maximum deposit, but you can set your own limit through the responsible gaming settings.

surya898 withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet. However, your first withdrawal requires KYC verification (identity verification), which takes 1–3 business days. Withdrawals requiring additional compliance review may take up to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

The minimum withdrawal at surya898 is RM 50 per transaction. The standard daily withdrawal limit is RM 50,000, and the monthly withdrawal limit is RM 500,000. VIP players may be eligible for higher limits based on their membership tier. All withdrawals are processed to a registered and verified Malaysian bank account or e-wallet.

If your deposit hasn't arrived after 15 minutes, please contact surya898 customer support via live chat. Please have ready: (1) a screenshot of the payment confirmation from your e-wallet or bank, (2) the date and time of the transaction, (3) the amount deposited, and (4) the transaction reference number if available. Our team will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Log in to your surya898 account, go to Account Settings, and select "Withdrawal Methods". Click "Add Bank Account" and enter your bank name, account number, and account holder name. The bank account must be in your own name — surya898 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts. OTP verification is required when adding a new bank account.

surya898 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (such as banks or e-wallets) may apply their own transfer fees in accordance with their respective policies. Any such charges are beyond surya898's control. To avoid fees, opt for methods like DuitNow or FPX, which are typically free for transfers between Malaysian banks.

Withdrawals may be declined for several reasons: (1) KYC has not been completed for the first withdrawal, (2) the bonus wagering requirement has not been met, (3) the bank account or e-wallet number does not match the name on the surya898 account, (4) the daily withdrawal limit has been reached, or (5) activity has triggered a security flag. Contact surya898 support for clarification on your specific case.

Currently, surya898 accepts payments via FPX (Malaysian online banking) and local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, DuitNow, and ShopeePay. Direct credit card payments are not supported. However, you can top up your e-wallet using a credit or debit card first, then use that e-wallet to deposit into surya898.

surya898 players can make up to 5 withdrawal requests per day with a combined total not exceeding the daily limit of RM 50,000. Each request is processed individually and typically completed within 5–15 minutes. VIP players have higher limits and may contact their personal account manager for special requests.

Bonus & Promotions

New surya898 members are eligible for welcome bonus up to RM 1,500 + 50 Free Spins for your first deposit. The bonus amount is based on the value of your first deposit and will be credited automatically to your account once the deposit is processed. For full details including wagering requirements, visit the Welcome Bonus.

Each surya898 bonus carries different wagering requirements. As a general guide, the welcome bonus has a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. This means if you receive a bonus of RM 100, you will need to wager a total of RM 3,000 before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. Full terms are listed on the Promotions.

Log in to your surya898 account and go to the "Promotions" tab on your dashboard. Select the promotion you wish to claim and click the "Claim Now" button. Some promotions are credited automatically once the conditions are met (such as a minimum deposit), while others require a promo code or manual application. Please read the terms of each promotion before claiming.

Generally, only one active bonus is allowed at a time at surya898. You will need to complete or cancel your current active bonus before claiming a new one. However, certain promotions such as weekly cashback can run simultaneously with a deposit bonus. Check the terms of each promotion for full details.

Most surya898 bonuses come with a validity period 7 to 30 days from the date it is credited to your account, depending on the promotion type. Free Spins are typically valid for 7 days. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account. Check the "Active Bonuses" page in your account settings to view the balance and expiry date of all your bonuses.

surya898's weekly cashback is calculated based on your net losses over a one-week period (Monday–Sunday). The cashback percentage depends on your VIP membership tier — starting from 3% for regular members up to 10% for VIP Elite members. Cashback is credited to your account every Monday and typically comes with no wagering requirements or very low ones.

Yes! surya898 has a referral programme that rewards you when a friend you invite registers and makes their first deposit. You will receive a cash bonus once your referred friend successfully verifies their account and completes the minimum first deposit. Get your unique referral code from the "Profile" page in your surya898 account.

Yes, you can cancel an active bonus at any time through the "Active Bonuses" section in your surya898 account. However, once a bonus is cancelled, the bonus amount will be removed from your balance. Only the original deposit amount you deposited (not the bonus portion) will be withdrawable after cancellation. The decision to cancel a bonus is final and cannot be reversed.
