We are more than just a gaming platform. surya898 is built on trust, transparency, and a commitment to delivering a safe, fair, and enjoyable entertainment experience for every Malaysian player, without exception.
Surya898 is an online entertainment platform established in 2019 with a clear vision: to become the most trusted betting destination for Malaysian players. From day one, we have built every aspect of this platform with local players' needs at the forefront — not simply copying an overseas business model and hoping it fits the Malaysian market.
We understand that Malaysian players have unique preferences. You want a smooth gaming experience in Bahasa Melayu, deposit options using local e-wallets like Touch 'n Go and GrabPay, and customer support you can reach at any time without long wait times. That is exactly what surya898 has been building towards over the years.
With over 500,000 registered members from all 13 states of Malaysia — from Perlis all the way to Sabah and Sarawak — surya898 is now one of the most recognised and trusted online entertainment platforms in the country. This growth didn't happen overnight. It is the result of our daily commitment to continuously improving the platform, adding the best games, and listening to player feedback.
"We didn't start with big capital or a big name. We started with a small but firm commitment — to do right by every player who trusted surya898."

This is a question we often get from new players who first heard about surya898 from a friend or family member. The short answer is simple: because surya898 delivers on its promises — no tricks, no excuses.
When a player in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah makes a withdrawal at 2 in the morning, they should not have to wait until office hours. When a player in Kuching, Sarawak runs into an account issue, they should not have to wait 24 hours for an email reply. And when a player in Kuala Lumpur lands a big baccarat win, they should never have to wonder whether they will actually get paid.
This is the standard surya898 set for itself from day one — and the standard we uphold every single day. This platform is not owned by a foreign company that has never set foot in Malaysia. surya898 was built by a team that truly understands Malaysia, and knows how much time, trust, and hard-earned MYR matter to our players.
At surya898, we believe that great entertainment must also be responsible entertainment. We never want players to wager beyond their means, and we never want our platform to be the cause of anyone's financial difficulties.
To that end, every surya898 account comes with self-control tools that let you set daily deposit limits, wagering limits, and mandatory cool-off periods. If you ever feel the need to step away from the platform, you can suspend your account instantly through your account settings — no approval required from our side.
In addition, surya898 enforces a strict underage player protection policy. All players are required to verify their age upon registration, and any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately, without exception.
"surya898 wants our players to feel at ease after every session — not second-guessing whether their last decision was a mistake. That means delivering a fair, transparent, and responsible experience every single time."
— surya898 Mission StatementWe are also active in responsible gaming awareness campaigns in Malaysia and encourage all players to read the guides available on the Responsible Gaming us. The gambling helpline number 15999 is also prominently displayed on the platform for players who need support.
Although we have achieved a great deal since 2019, surya898 has no intention of stopping here. In the years ahead, we plan to expand our game library further, introduce a richer VIP programme, and continue innovating the mobile platform experience that is increasingly the preferred choice of Malaysian players.
Most importantly, surya898 will continue listening to our players. Every suggestion, every criticism, and every compliment we receive fuels our drive to keep improving. Because at the end of the day, surya898 exists for one purpose alone — to deliver the best entertainment experience to you, our valued Malaysian players.
